Deposits are fully refundable in the case of bad
weather, less a $10 administration fee. However,
we prefer to offer you another date to rebook on. We
require at least 14 days notice for cancellations.

What about Weather and our cancellation policy?
In the event of bad weather, trips
will need to be cancelled. This is why its so
important you call to check in with us the night prior
to your trip. We will have taken time to look at
the latest forecasts, and make a decision based up the
forecasted conditions. The Final say will be with
us in regards to the trip proceeding or not. We do
this every day, and can make a reliable and accurate
assessment on conditions. We will not run a trip
if conditions are uncomfortable or dangerous.
If you wish to cancel for other
reasons, we will need to be given 14 days notice, and in
the event we cannot fill the trip, you will be held
accountable for your original numbers. Trips
cancelled outside of 14 days, will be fully refunded,
less 15% administration fee, or they can be rebooked.
